Shipping & Returns Policies
Shipping Policy:
Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping options for domestic and we offer standard shipping for international orders.
Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-10 business days. Standard shipping delivery times vary between 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping costs $5. Expedited and express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to size, weight, or other factors.
Returns Policy:
Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. A restocking fee may apply for certain items or if the return is made after the specified return period.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exceptions: Final sale items, personalized or custom-made products, and perishable goods are not eligible for returns. Additionally, health and hygiene products may have stricter return policies.
