Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping costs $5. Expedited and express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to size, weight, or other factors.

Returns Policy:

Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.

Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. A restocking fee may apply for certain items or if the return is made after the specified return period.

    Eligibility:
    To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. The original tags and packaging must also be intact. Exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt.

    Exchange Period:
    We offer a generous exchange period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

    Exchange Process:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

    If your exchange is approved, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund for the returned item.
